How We Do It

The 12-Step Process

1. Vision

Everything starts with a vision. Have you seen an inspiration from a magazine or maybe from visiting your favorite hotel in the south of Spain. Whatever you can imagine, we can make come to life!

2. Design

Most of our clients work with their own designers and give us drawings. If you don’t have a design, don’t worry. We have an in house designer that will work with you until it meets your exact specifications.

3. Approval

This step is critical for the success of any project. We strive to always meet the needs of our clients and we will not move forward with purchasing materials or fabrication until we have received final approve on design from YOU!

4. Collaboration/Meetings

We will have regular communication throughout the entire process. An initial meeting to collaborate ideas to ensure everyone is on the same page.

5. Ordering Materials

Once we have received final approval from you, we start ordering products and materials for the project from our preferred vendors.

6. Fabrication

The bread and butter of the entire process lies here. With a 2nd generation master carpenter operating a high-tech CNC machine the building and assembly process is underway.

7. Finishing

After the fabrication process, the product moves to our painting and staining department. This is where our crew puts the finishing touches on all your custom products.

8. Quality Control & Delivery

Once everything passes a quality inspection, the product is carefully wrapped to ensure protection during the delivery. Product is also stored on-site in a climate controlled environment for up to 72-hours.

9. Install

A unique feature about Lynn Custom Woodworks is that we have our own installation team for every project. This ensures attention to detail and complete control over the entire process.

10. Close Out

Once our team has installed everything according to the plans and our highest standards, the project goes through a final walk through with a manager and client.

11. Customer Satisfaction

At Lynn Custom Woodworks, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. By maintaining high standards of quality, we aim to exceed our customers’ expectations and to ensure their complete satisfaction.
